1. As a result of the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners v. FTC Supreme Court decision, has your state made any oversight changes through the passage of legislation or by Executive Order, or made a change to any administrative or agency policy or procedure or made changes by any other mechanism that affects the operations of your agency or is there anything pending that would do so. Yes or No  If yes, please provide the citation of the legislation or explain further. 

2. What is your current state structure?  (Autonomous Agency/Board, Umbrella Agency, Other) Please Explain

3. Does you Agency/Board conduct its own investigations? Yes or No

4. Does your Agency/Board sign its own final orders and discipline agreements? Yes or No

 If Yes, are the documents approved by another entity outside of your Agency/Board before final execution? Yes or No.

3. No, the state of TN has an Office of Investigation which conducts investigations for all health professions.
4. Yes, the agency/board does sign its own final orders and they are not approved by another entity.
